I have a female Collie that is 7 years old. We have bred her 3 times in 3 years , and I want to know if she is too old to breed again?

Do not breed your dog. There are a ton of dog’s out there. I’m sure your dog is completley happy without “making love” with another dog. Get it neutered.

Most reputable breeders will retire a bitch at around the 7 year mark because after that point it can raise risks during pregnancy and labor.  I would retire her, get her spayed, and if you want to breed to better the collie breed look into getting a mentor and acquiring another puppy to raise as a possible future candidate. Don’t forget to make sure it’s an ethical, reputable breeder with proven health testing 😉
