Herding dogs

Who else has got herders in the family? I always thought it was so funny and so amazing that when I brought home my 9 week old corgi, she immediately took to herding my roommates. As if she’d been doing it for years, she just knew how to nip at their ankles to make the go together, though I knew for a fact that the breeder had not done any herding exercises with them.
