They may be small and cute but a is hard work. They need to be groomed daily, as their fur gets tanlged very easily take it from me, I have one. Also, the require a lot of attention and do not like being locked up on their own. They like to be involved with everything, and are intelligent inquisitive dogs. They also need interaction with other poms/dogs because they tend to think they are humans! I would consider getting 2 boys. But females do have a nice temperament.References :
